Your letters, evidence and recordings are private to you. Nothing goes to a school or a search firm without your say-so, and you can delete it all at any time from Plans → Your data. See the privacy notice and terms.

Your data
Your search profile, letters, evidence bank and practice history are stored only on this device, not on our servers. Studio and Workshop text, and a few still frames from any recording, are sent to our AI provider to generate feedback and aren't kept by Meraki. After a video take, the sound of your answer is sent to OpenAI to transcribe it; live captions while you record use your browser's built-in speech recognition. To prevent misuse, we keep an anonymous usage count per network (a scrambled code, never your IP address), deleted automatically within 30 days. The recording itself stays on your device. Payments are handled by Stripe, which keeps your receipt and email. Full details in the privacy notice.
